2. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

3. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Refund Method: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. The refund will be for the purchase price less the original shipping costs.
